Free trade agreement in action . Chinese fishing vessels , Registered in Portugal , Poaching Patagonian tooth fish in southern ocean and NZ government calls off it's Naval vessels apparently we will be expected to turn a blind eye to things too , When Chinese factory ships follow the tuna south from the Solomon sea into the coral sea into our fishery , Will we be permitted to say , Oh , that's not going to work .
